<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform an exposure processing appropriately without causing image defects by preventing the occurrence of temperature gradient in air on the optical path of a light beam for exposure defected by an optical deflector, thereby preventing the light beam from unexpectedly being refracted. <P>SOLUTION: An in-machine temperature detecting means 82 measures the temperature of air nearby the optical path of the light beam for scanning exposure set in a housing 60, and an air temperature control means 70 is arranged in an outside air introduction section for sending outside air to nearby the optical path of the light beam for scanning exposure in the housing 60 and performs temperature control by heating or cooling the blown air almost to the air temperature detected by the in-machine temperature detecting means 82. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
