<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tape printing apparatus which can prevent tape print quality from degrading over a long period regardless of a long period of storage of the tape or a long period of its use in a high-temperature environment. <P>SOLUTION: The tape printing apparatus has a protrusion 62 provided on an inner side of a rear cover 3 to be inserted into an engagement hole 36 of a partition member 30. As it is sandwiched between a side part of a platen holder 35 and a position fixing part 37, the platen holder 35 rotates on a thermal head side 33 and is fixed in a position in contact with the inner side of the protrusion 62 by an energizing force of a return spring 45. Further, even though a mounting part 34 of the thermal head deflects in the inner side direction by pressing force of a platen roller 23, a contact part 34A formed in the upper end fringe of the mounting part 34 contacts a regulating piece 61 to be supported, resulting in the displacement of the mounting part 34 of the thermal head toward the inner direction to be regulated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
