PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a message character string output system, capable of enhancing users' willingness to input a specified character string by assigning a point to a user who inputs the specified character string to activate advertisement, by word-of-mouth communication and appropriately performing point assignment to the users.

SOLUTION: A determination part 36 determines whether two or more of a plurality of specified character strings stored in a specified character string storage part 44 are included in a message character string inputted through an input part 30 or not. A point information update part 40 updates, based on positions in the message character string of at least two of the two or more specified character strings determined to be included in the message character string, point information stored in conformation to user identification information corresponding to the message string.
