<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that the ratio of a conductor occupying a cross sectional area in the case of viewing the cross section of an antenna becomes small and an antenna length in a limited volume, that is an antenna wiring volume, can not be increased in the antenna for which the set of an insulation film for fixing antenna wiring and wiring are simply laminated by a both-side adhesive sheet. <P>SOLUTION: For the wiring inside a single wiring layer, the adjacent lines of the wiring are arranged at a fixed pitch, the pitch of the wiring of an upper layer is shifted from the pitch of the wiring of the lower layer of the antenna by a half pitch, the wiring are piled so as to face each other, and thus the wiring of the other layer fills a hollow wall part originally required for insulation between the wiring.
