PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a caching error due to contention in access to a same cache block and to minimize latency due to contention in access. SOLUTION: In exclusive control, a lock address is acquired by a unit of cache block (to lock as the exclusive control). In the exclusive control, if a processor "01" secondly performs exclusive control for a same address together with a processor "00" and an entry 00 has been locked already in a "lock-acquired-state", acquisition of lock is canceled and another process of higher priority such as interrupt processing is executed.
