PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize automatic wire determination processing capable of automatically determining the position of a wire by arithmetic processing. SOLUTION: This automatic wire determination device 1 is provided with a first intersection elimination means 11 for sequentially applying first intersection elimination processing for determining respective distances between an intersection formed by two of respective temporary wires connecting respective pad parts and respective via parts and making a temporary wire with a long distance go around a via part corresponding to a temporary wire with a short distance to be a tentative wire to all intersections formed by the respective temporary wires, and a second intersection elimination means 12 for sequentially applying second intersection elimination processing for determining respective distances between an intersection formed by respective tentative wires with each other or a tentative wire and a temporary wire, and a via part corresponding to the tentative wires or the temporary wire and making the tentative wire or temporary wire with a long distance go around a via part corresponding to a tentative wire or temporary wire with a short distance to be an optimum wire to all intersections formed by the respective tentative wires with each other and all intersections formed by a tentative wire and a temporary wire.
