PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of migrating an LU (logical storage unit) obtained by paying attention to a file system and logical volume and performing effective migration in a host computer that provides a file system function and a logical volume function. SOLUTION: This computer system has an I/O access integrated management means 121 for managing an I/O access integrated management table 133 obtained by acquiring RAID configuration information 142 and RAID statistic information 143 of a disk array device 103 and integrating them with file system configuration information 112 and logical volume configuration information 114 managed by an OS. In addition, the computer system has a migration volume judging means 122 for determining a migration method on the basis of the I/O access integrated management table 133, a migration influence predicting means 123 for acquiring migration influence prediction information, and a RAID cooperation migration executing means 124.
