PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin display device capable of constituting a front panel unit by connecting divided members like a frame while maintaining rigidity and assembling accuracy and reducing costs without a pressing member of an optical filter. SOLUTION: A top frame 9a, a bottom frame 9b, a side frame 10 and a side frame 10b made of aluminum extrusion materials with high rigidity are connected like a frame by corner joints 11 made of sheet metal. A top decoration panel 7, a bottom decoration panel 8 and side decoration panels 13a and 13b made of resin materials are attached to the frames so as to hold the optical filter 6.
