PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information display device for a hanging advertisement poster which has high impact resistance. SOLUTION: An organic electroluminescence (EL) display 10 is formed by sticking a first substrate 11 on which an indium tin oxide (ITO) film 12, a light emitting layer 13 and an electrode 14 are formed, and a second substrate 16 as an opposing substrate together. A display unit 19 is formed by sticking an outer frame 17 for absorbing impact, to a circumference section 10a of the organic EL display 10. A length of the outer frame 17 is about the same as that of a sum of left and right two sides and a lower side. The information display device 1 for the hanging advertisement poster is made by attaching a driving unit 20 to the display unit 19. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
