PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic timepiece capable of integrating light emitting elements more easily, having high reliability of conduction connection, requiring few mounting components, and having arrangement constitution of the light emitting elements and components for driving them. SOLUTION: This electronic timepiece is equipped with a time display part 3 for displaying the time, a timepiece driving part 5 for driving the time display part 3, the light emitting elements 7A, 7B for illuminating the time display part 3, and a light emitting element substrate 75 for loading the light emitting elements 7A, 7B and electronic components 76A, 76B for driving the light emitting elements 7A, 7B.
