PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition capable of giving a plastic film excellent in heat resistance, optical characteristics, and dynamic characteristics, and having a small coefficient of linear thermal expansion. SOLUTION: This resin composition is a resin having a glass transition temperature (Tg) of not lower than 250°C and containing a layered silicate, and has light transmittance of 70% or more for the light of 420 nm at 100μm thickness.
