PRESSURE-SENSITIVE ADHESIVE FILM OR PRESSURE-SENSITIVE ADHESIVE SHEET, AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure-sensitive adhesive film or a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet hardly suffering from changes in external appearances by bleeding-out irrespective of use environments, and a manufacturing method thereof. SOLUTION: The pressure-sensitive adhesive film or the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet comprises at least one pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and at least one substrate layer, where the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is comprised of a propylene polymer composition containing the component (A) and the component (B) below and having a component (A) content of 1-99 wt.% and a component (B) content of 99-1 wt.% based on 100 wt.% of the total of the components (A) and (B). The component (A) is a crystalline propylene polymer (a1) satisfying the requirement (a1). The requirement (a1) is that the content of structural units originating from ethylene in the cold xylene-soluble part is at most 15 wt.% based on 100 wt.% of the whole cold xylene-soluble part.
