PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a winding machine device capable of variously changing position of a winding machine receiver beam and a sheave and arrangement of a bearing receiver beam, regardless of equipment inside a hoistway, in the case wherein a car is hoisted at two positions by a 1:1 roping suspension of an elevator without a machine chamber. SOLUTION: The winding machine 17 is provided with a first sheave 18 and an outer cylindrical shaft 18b passing long through a motor, and a spline groove is formed in the inner peripheral surface of the outer cylindrical shaft 18b, and a spline shaft 18c to be brought into contact with the spline groove is fitted in the spline groove, and a second sheave 18a and a bearing 18d are slidably fitted to the spline shaft. A constant velocity joint 18e is fitted to the spline shaft so that an angle between the first sheave and the second sheave can be changed in the same plane. With this structure, even if equipment is provided inside the hoistway, position of the winding machine and the bearing receiver beam can be arranged, avoiding it, and furthermore, device costs can be reduced.
