PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hybrid fluid machine improving maintenance efficiency of a device wile responding to demand for miniaturization of a hybrid fluid machine. SOLUTION: This hybrid fluid machine is provided with a rotary machine functioning as a motor and a generator, a compression/expansion mechanism functioning as a rotary machine in function as a motor or a compressor driven by an external drive source and functioning as a expansion machine by heat from an external circuit, a clutch mechanism transmitting/cutting off power from the external drive source to/from the rotary machine.
