PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spray method and a spray construction system, capable of decreasing the a sampling amount of resources by reusing a waste product, thereby reducing the influence given to the environment and, at the same time, decreasing the cost for execution of work. SOLUTION: Water is added to artificial sand consisting of the waste product, at least containing a clay component and the waste product containing a lime component, the artificial sand is kneaded under a pressurized environment to manufacture a ground material, and the ground material is sprayed on the surface to be sprayed.
