<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an inner cap from being damaged even if the cap is fixed on a holding fixture and a top cover is set thereon. <P>SOLUTION: This relates to an inner cap 2 whose main body is provided with a fitting part 5 fitted to and mounted on the opening of a container and a threaded tube 3 on which a top cover 30 is screwed.
