<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor, information processing system, and information processing method capable of preventing electronic data from being leaked to an apparatus or the like having no access right and surely and securely performing a processing within a necessary range in a system via a network. <P>SOLUTION: A copying machine 1001 connected to a content management server 1009 via a LAN 1006 accesses the server, requests authentication over whether or not it is an apparatus with authority to print the content, performs print setting of the content within a specific processing range when the authentication is successful, and acquires the print job of the set content from the server.
