<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video image recognition function to allow various information relating to an object to be automatically displayed and to allow various settings consentaneous to see-through characteristics of transmitting external light, with respect to an external-light-transmissive head mount display which displays video picked up by an imaging apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The external-light-transmissive head mount display includes the imaging apparatus for electronically picking up the object in a sight direction and a video recognition means for recognizing the object by electronic data and displays information relating to the object, which is pre-stored in a storage means.
