<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information providing device capable of quickly and surely reporting message information to a student or a guardian through an electronic contact network. <P>SOLUTION: The information providing device for transmitting a message input from a computer 1 to a communication terminal of a user by a plurality of communication means through the Internet 2 comprises a user information storage part storing user information including transmission destination information; a means accepting a transmission request including a message and contact destination user information from the management computer 1; a transmission means transmitting, upon accepting the transmission request, the message to first transmission designation information by a predetermined communication means; a response confirmation means confirming receipt of a response signal to the message from a communication terminal of the first transmission destination information; and a retransmission means transmitting, when the response confirmation means cannot receive the response signal within a predetermined time, the message to second transmission destination information by a communication means other than the predetermined communication means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
