PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a system administrator bears a larger burden of operation as an enterprise system becomes more complex. SOLUTION: An execution instruction section 122 instructs an external job executing device to execute a plurality of jobs according to schedule setting information indicating an execution schedule of the plurality of jobs. A state monitor section 124 monitors execution states of the jobs that the device is instructed to execute. The schedule setting information includes information indicating at least parent-child relation among the plurality of jobs, and the execution start timing and execution end timing of each job. A 1st decision section 142 detects a job as a 1st delay job when the job monitored by the state monitor section 124 is delayed behind the schedule.
