PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a yoke housing which can achieve a highly reliability seal structure through a simple arrangement. SOLUTION: The yoke housing 4 is formed substantially tubularly and a flange portion 4c formed at its opening 4a to extend radially outward is secured to a pump housing 27 with an annular seal member S interposed. The flange portion 4c comprises a flat surface portion 41 arranged with the sealing member S, a first seat portion 42 formed to project radially outward from the flat surface portion 41 and to project axially to the pump housing 27 side and being secured thereto, and a second seat portion 43 formed to project radially outward from the flat surface portion 41 and to project axially to the pump housing 27 side farther than the first seat portion 42.
