PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing structure of an outdoor antenna which control temperature rise in a cabinet without making it large. SOLUTION: The fixing structure 10 of the outdoor antenna is provided with a support part 16 in which a fixing member 15 which is used for fixing the outdoor antenna 11 to a strut 12 is supported by a strut 12; a coupling member 17 which is connected to a fixing plane 22 of the outdoor antenna 11; and an arm part 18 which is built between the supporting part 16 and the coupling member 17, and can change orientation of the cabinet 13 in three dimensions. The fixing structure 10 of the outdoor antenna is provided with a pair of leg parts 31 which fix the coupling member 17 to the fixing plane 22, and simultaneously stands up and installed; and a supporting plane 32 which is supported by each leg 31, and arranged nearly in parallel to the fixing plane 22 placing a predetermined air gap 38.
