PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To disclose contents in a state of reducing burden on the disclosure side. SOLUTION: A terminal 21 generates the contents to be disclosed to the other terminals, encrypts them, transmits them to a server 11, and makes the server 11 manage them. The terminal 21 generates a key and encrypts the generated key by making the generated key itself as a key. The encrypted key is managed by the server 11. The terminal 21 distributes the generated key to a terminal 22. The terminal 22 acquires the contents disclosed by the terminal 21 from the server 11. The terminal 22 decodes the contents by using the key distributed from the terminal 21. The information processing system, the device and method for information processing, and the program can be applied to the server for disclosing the contents to a plurality of users.
