PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance protection of personal information of a facility user while smoothing payment of a usage fee of a facility or the like. SOLUTION: The usage fee payment system comprises a personal information registration terminal 101, a usage fee payment terminal 102, a usage information recording terminal 103 and a management server 104, which are mutually connected through an internal network 100. The personal information registration terminal 101 is placed in a facility entrance registration office and acquires biological information of facility users. The usage fee payment terminal 102 is placed in a facility exit/payment office, and the facility users perform payment of usage fees at leaving. The usage information recording terminal 103 is placed in a restaurant or shop within the facility, and acquires contents of services used by a biological information registrant, price information for commodities purchased thereby or the like. The management server 104 is placed in an information management center within the facility, and manages various data related to facility usage.
