<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for improving data management when the writing of electronic journal data in a CD-R or the like abnormally ends, and for realizing the distribution of data or the maximum utilization of available capacity in an electronic journal data management method. <P>SOLUTION: Generated electronic journal data are successively recorded in a master file 15. When the output of the electronic journal data to a CD-R30 recorded in a master file 15 abnormally ends, an electronic journal data managing part 11 successively records the successively generated electronic journal data in a master file 15 without clearing the master file 15 when the master file 15 is vacant. When the master file 15 is not vacant, the electronic journal data management part 11 duplicates the electronic journal data in a saving file 16, and clears the master file 15, and successively records the generated electronic journal data in the master file 15. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
