摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form an optical resonation structure on a sub-pixel part emitting light, for example, in R, G, B colors. SOLUTION: Dielectric films 2a, 2b constituting an underlaid insulation film 2 function as dielectric mirrors of which a thickness and a refractive index are settled so as to be able to resonate the light having a prescribed wave length out of the blue colored light generated from an organic EL element 72B. Concretely, for example, the dielectric film 2a is a silicon oxide film (SiO<SB>2</SB>) having thickness of 77 nm and refractive index of 1.5, and the dielectric film 2b is a silicon nitride film (SiN) having thickness of 60 nm and refractive index of 1.8. The underlaid insulation film 2 including such dielectric films 2a, 2b amplifies only the light having a prescribed wave length out of the blue colored light generated from an organic EL element 72B, and reflects the light toward organic EL element 72B side.
