PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a droplet discharging head which can discharge liquid efficiently to a first area and a second area, and a manufacturing of method an electro-optic device and the device. SOLUTION: In the center of the droplet discharging head 41, first nozzle plates 42 to 44 equipped with three nozzles 41 arranged in the same pitches of the traverse pitch 1a and the vertical pitch 1b of pixel electrodes formed on an element substrate are placed. On left and right sides of each nozzle 41 of the first nozzle plates 42 to 44, second nozzle plates 46 and 47 equipped with ten nozzles 45 arranged in the same pitches of the traverse pitch a1 and the vertical pitch b1 of a recessed area U formed on the element substrate are placed. The nozzles 41 discharge liquid ink in which hole transporting material for hole transporting layer is dissolved or dispersed in a solvent and the nozzles 45 discharge only a solvent.
