PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switch structure which is excellent in operating stability, and in which self-actuation and latching phenomenon can be suppressed in a minute mechanical switch for controlling a high frequency signal. SOLUTION: As for this switch for high frequency signal, the thickness of a movable structure 23 is thicker than that of a support leg 22, and a movable portion is prevented from being deformed since the thickness ratio between the maximum part TE and the minimum part TC of the movable structure is made to be 1.4 or less.
