PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a device for detecting a load on a seat which is easily mountable without hindering relative movement of a movable member to a rail member. SOLUTION: An attachment 36 has a projection part 36b inserted into a lower rail 3 and a nut part 36a, and is locked to the lower rail 3 by a locking part 36c formed by collapsing the projection part 36b projecting into the lower rail 3. A bolt part 33a screwed with the nut part 36a is formed on an inner circumferential side holding member 13 (clamping bolt 33).
