PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent meandering and offset of a web by providing a simple structure created only by combining rollers and turn bars, without requiring a control device for centering. SOLUTION: This front/back reversing device 24 is provided with an inlet roller 38 horizontally arranged in an inlet position of the front/back reversing device 24; an outlet roller 40 horizontally arranged in an outlet position of the front/back reversing device 24; a first turn bar 42 which is horizontally arranged so as to be inclined with respect to the inlet roller 38 at 45°, twists a web 32 at 90°and sends it to an intermediate roller 44 by obliquely winding the web 32 from the inlet roller 38 around the surface of a bar main body 42A; and a second turn bar 46 which is horizontally arranged so as be intersected with the first turn bar 42 at 90°, twists the web 32 at 90°and sends it to the outlet roller 40 by obliquely winding the web 32 from the intermediate roller 44 around the surface of a bar main body 46A.
