PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging box for an annular lamp, the packaging box being designed so as to be formed from one material in order to reduce the amount of material and with fewer man hours needed to pack the annular lamp. SOLUTION: The packaging box for the annular lamp includes: a base part 1 forming a flat face on which the annular lamp 10c is placed; first auxiliary plates 2, each extending out from the edge of the base part 1 and being folded along a boundary between the base part 1 and itself in order to lock the annular lamp 10c on the base part 1; and second auxiliary plates 3 extending outward from a pair of opposite ends of the base part 1, which are different from the edges from which the first auxiliary plates 2 are extending, each being folded along a boundary between the base part 1 and itself, locked onto the first auxiliary plates, and composing a lid so as to be held while covering the annular lamp 10c placed on the base part 1.
