PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent taste and perfume of wine from being deteriorated due to oxygen in a bottle by removing oxygen in the bottle containing the wine left. SOLUTION: A narrow string is fitted on the upper part of an anti-oxidizing agent on which a spacer is provided so that it is not brought into contact with the inside of the bottle containing the wine.
