PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat structure for a straddling type vehicle capable of reducing a wide range of vibration without giving incompatible feeling to a driver at seating and ensuring good ride quality. SOLUTION: A front seat 21 is attached onto a seat rail 18 constituting a vehicle body frame of a motorcycle. The front seat 21 is provided with a cushion material 62 on an upper part of a bottom plate 61 and a cover 63 covering the upper part thereof. The bottom plate 61 of the front seat 21 forms a downwardly swelled projection surface part 69 and a dynamic damper 68 is mounted to the projection surface part 69. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
