PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage section structure of a vehicle capable of storing large object while securing an easiness in conducting the manipulation. SOLUTION: The storage section structure of the vehicle is equipped with a recess 21 for storage provided in the upper part of an instrument panel 11, a swingable lid 20 to open and close an opening formed in the recess 21, and a spring 55 to swing the lid 20 to the first open position, wherein the lid 20 is made swingable manually to the maximum open position on the open side farther from the first open position. The necessity for enlarging the energizing force is eliminated by enabling storage of larger objects by opening wide the lid 20 to the maximum open position and swinging the lid 20 by the spring 55 to the first open position smaller than the maximum open position.
