PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide suspension rod structure capable of improving rigidity and effectively obtaining simplification of the constitution. SOLUTION: A rod 10 is formed in a square shaped cross section by connecting an approximate U shape cross section sheet metal. A bush is fixed through the shaft inserted in the overlapping direction of the metal plate. A bead 14 is projectingly provided at the U shape corner part by recessing a U shape intermediate side part, and the bead 14 is formed over an almost whole periphery of the top surface or the under surface of the rod.
