PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely confirm the presence of a fraudulent act in an electronic circuit part. SOLUTION: A main CPU 21a is incorporated in a main control board 21, and the main control board 21 is stored in a board storage housing 30. The board storage housing 30 comprises a first cover 31 and a second cover 32, and a heat radiation hole 31e is formed in a body part 31a. The heat radiation hole 31e is formed at such a position and such a size that a fin 35b of a heat sink 35 can pass through the hole. The heat sink 35 comprises a base 35a and the fin 35b, and one end of a moving shaft 36 is attached to the base 35a. The heat sink 35 is energized in the direction to abut to the main CPU 21a by a coil spring 37. A handle 39 is attached to a part of the moving shaft 36 projecting from the front face of the body part 31a.
