PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reinforce a junction part of precast reinforced concrete members and prevent a curable filler filled in the junction part from cracking and flaking. SOLUTION: After a mesh material 28 extended along a joint space 26 defined between the upper surface of the top of a column of a precast reinforced concrete member 10 and the lower surface of a junction part block 14 of a precast reinforced concrete member is arranged in the joint space 26, the curable filler is filled and cured in the joint space 26.
