PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foundation structure which can sufficiently bear compressive force applied to an anchor in an earthquake. SOLUTION: According to the foundation structure, an anchor 6 is protruded from a foundation 1, and an upper end of the anchor 6 is connected to a vibration control wall (vibration control wall panel) 11. The anchor 6 has attached thereto an overhanging portion 10 which overhangs outward from the anchor 6, and the overhanging portion 10 functions to transmit the compressive force applied from the vibration control wall 11 to the anchor 6. Thus when the vibration control wall panel 11 is deformed due to an earthquake to apply compressive force to the anchor 6, the foundation structure can sufficiently bear the compressive force.
