A ready-made tooth i.e. a side tooth (10), a front tooth, has a surrounding wall (12) enclosing a cavity (16) of large volume. The cavity is opened at the lower surface. The thickness of the wall ranges from 1 to 2 millimeters. The tooth also forms spaced apart recesses (20,22) on the mesial and distal regions of the surrounding wall, and a roof structure (18) located under the chewing surface.
