<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display device in which deterioration of heat conduction from a driving circuit to a heat conduction member is prevented, in the case that it is constituted so that the heat conduction member is connected to the driving circuit. <P>SOLUTION: A plate 10b constituting a portion of a cooling module 10 is also used as a metal substrate forming an LED circuit 9. Based on this constitution, the number of components is reduced by means of the sharing of the components. And, in the case that the metal substrate forming the LED circuit 9 and the plate 10b to fix the cooling module 10 to the LED circuit 9 are used as separated members, these are to be joined together and thermal resistance on the joint is heightened, however, the sharing of them prevents increase in the thermal resistance.
