<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a new construction of information I/O device which is mainly composed of a sheet-like member, enabling to output to other media than the sheet-like member, and another new construction of the information I/O device enabling to output to other media than the sheet-like member. <P>SOLUTION: An image read(scanned) by a reading part 3 is formed at an image forming part 1, and the formed image is fixed to a paper medium fed by a paper feeding part 2. When outputting to the paper medium, the image information is stored in an unused storage medium transferred from a media stock part 86 and installed by an optical disk drive unit 85.
