PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate adjustment work for a panel substrate and increase space efficiency.

SOLUTION: The device for mounting a first structural material 210 as a ceiling substrate to a slab face SF includes a reference member 231 fixed on the slab face SF, an adjusting member 232 which connects the reference member 231 via a screw means and screws toward the reference member 231 when relatively rotated with an operating member 238 around the rotary axis of the screw means and also a retaining means 240 for holding the first structural material 210. Furthermore, a retaining member 233, which is supported by the adjustment member 232, rotatable around the rotary axis of the screw means is provided.
