<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide feed for fish of Thunnus having high digestibility, to provide a biting promoting substance for fish of Thunnus excellent in nutritive value and palatability, and to provide false feed for fishing fish of Thunnus effective for longline fishing and trolling fishing of fish of Thunnus. <P>SOLUTION: The feed for fish of Thunnus comprises enzyme treated fish powder as protein source. The biting promoting substance for fish of Thunnus comprises at least one kind of amino acid selected from alanine, lysine, glutamic acid and histidine, and inosinic acid.
