<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for stably producing gradation jelly having excellent gradation even in the case of using a filling machine. <P>SOLUTION: This method for producing the gradation jelly comprises performing a filling process of filling a first solution in a container and filling a second solution with specific gravity larger than that of the first solution in the container in a condition which satisfies formula (1). In the formula (1), 3<(m<SP>2</SP>×d<SP>2</SP>×P)/äM×ϕ<SP>3</SP>×(η/ρ-H/P)×(ρ-P)×t}<16, M: filling amount (g) of the first solution, H:viscosity (mPa s) of the first solution, P:specific gravity (g/ml) of the first solution, m: filling amount (g) of the second solution, η:viscosity (mPa s) of the second solution, ρ:specific gravity (g/ml) of the second solution, ϕ: inner diameter (mm) of the nozzle of a filling machine to fill the second solution, t:filling time (s) of the second solution, and d:average inner diameter of the container. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
