<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in an aluminum air solid-state battery, wherein an air electrode is used in a negative electrode aluminum, an aluminum solid electrolyte, and a positive electrode that an electromotive force cannot be obtained in a stable manner, since an electric discharge inhibitor is formed on the interface of the anode and the solid electrolyte. <P>SOLUTION: In this aluminum solid-state battery, tungsten oxide represented by Al<SB>X</SB>WO<SB>3</SB>(0<x<0.14) is used for the anode. As a result, the aluminum battery is obtained in which a deterioration of battery characteristic is less. Furthermore, in this aluminum solid-state battery, if Al<SB>X</SB>WO<SB>3</SB>is used within a range of 0<x≤0.03 for the anode, electric charging and discharging become possible so that it can be utilized as the aluminum solid-state secondary battery. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
