<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor unit, sensor cover and a sensor cap capable of further enhancing safety, in operating a biosensor. <P>SOLUTION: The sensor unit 10 is constituted of the sensor cover 12, sensor cap 14 and the biosensor 16, wherein the biosensor 16 is covered. The sensor cover 12 is constituted, such that the biosensor 16 is inserted and held in a state of being exposed from the flow-in part 24, while covering the same. The sensor cap 14 is made to cover the flow-in part 24 of the biosensor 16 fixed to the sensor cover 12.
