<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating film containing a fluorine-containing leveling agent capable of making the improvement of coating unevenness due to drying or airflow compatible with the suppression in the deterioration of film property, and to provide an antireflection film which has excellent surface uniformity and sufficient antireflection performance. <P>SOLUTION: The coating film is obtained by applying coating liquid which includes the fluorine-containing leveling agent having a molecular weight of ≥5,000 and ≤50,000 on a substrate, wherein surface free energy change before and after the coating film is immersed in an organic solvent is 4 mN/m or more.
