<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a kneading method of cement concrete constituted so as to knead a concrete material composed of cement, water, fine aggregate and coarse aggregate and characterized in that a kneading time at the time of production of cement concrete is set to 6-10 min by using coal ash (fly ash) as a substitute material of the fine aggregate. <P>SOLUTION: In a case that coal ash (fly ash) is used as the substitute material of the fine aggregate, cement concrete becomes a dry and loose state in a usual kneading time but, by increasing the kneading time at the time of production of cement concrete to 6-10 min, pore parts in the texture of the kneaded concrete material composed of cement, water, coal ash (fly ash) and sand being the coarse aggregate are eliminated and the concrete material becomes dense texture to make it possible not only to improve workability (flowability) but also to increase the product strength of the manufactured concrete product. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
