PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crystal oscillator vessel that can miniaturize a temperature-compensated crystal oscillator. SOLUTION: This crystal oscillator vessel has a cavity 10 at a rectangular principal surface and a number of terminal electrodes 11 to 14 at four corners of the above principal surface and the corner points of the above cavity 10 are positioned in an area between the adjacent terminal electrodes.
