PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform cause findings even though a component is replaced. SOLUTION: A management method for managing trouble information of an information processing device provided with a plurality of replaceable units has a step of obtaining contents of a trouble from the troubled unit at the time of the trouble, a step of obtaining status information from units excluding the troubled unit, a step of generating trouble information on the basis of the contents of the trouble and status information, and a step of recording the trouble information into all units which have trouble information recording sections and constitute the information processing devices.
